Welcome to SortSatisfy. By downloading, installing, or using the SortSatisfy mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Sanket Bodhare ("we", "us", "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The App and all of its contents, including but not limited to its code, graphics, sounds, music, level designs, and overall "look and feel", are owned by Sanket Bodhare and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.
The App displays rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Watching these advertisements is always optional and initiated by you. Our Privacy Policy describes how advertising data is handled.
Future versions of the App may include optional in-app purchases. Any in-app purchases are processed by the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms and conditions, including refund policies. We are not able to process refunds directly; please contact Google Play Support for purchase-related issues.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanket Bodhare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where any provision in these Terms conflicts with such laws, your statutory rights will prevail.
